Areas of showers and thunderstorms will continue as the cold front moves in and moves through Middle Tennessee. The weather will remain warm and muggy, with lows in the mid-70s. There will be rainfall in some areas. Where you do, there may be brief downpours, lightning, and thunder. However, many other areas will remain dry.
Thursday Friday:
Rain is possible Thursday, mainly southeast of Nashville. There will be lots of clouds in the morning and more sunshine in the afternoon. Highest, 87 degrees.
Friday looks to be the best day in the forecast. Humidity will be moderate and temperatures will actually vary below average. Low, 66.
this weekend:
This weekend is going to be very typical mid-summer weather. Lows will be around 70 degrees and highs will be around 90 degrees with clouds and sunshine.
A few showers and storms will develop Saturday afternoon. Heavier rainfall is possible Sunday afternoon. The chance of rain over the weekend is 30% on Saturday and 40% on Sunday.
