There is a chance of rain every day starting Thursday afternoon, but early next week is currently looking the most promising.

A weak cold front will move into Texas, causing scattered showers and less severe storms Thursday afternoon. Then a change in our pattern at the top will give us more opportunities on Sunday and especially early next week.

This pattern shift will also favor cooler than average temperatures on Monday, with highs in the low 90s…possibly cooler if there's enough cloud cover.
