Flood warnings and watches are in effect at multiple locations along the Kickapoo River.

– Moderate flooding is expected in Viola Sunday night into late Wednesday morning.
-A moderate flood warning was issued for LaFarge Sunday afternoon. The warning has been extended until early Tuesday morning. The river is forecast to reach 16.6 feet when the flood level is 14 feet.

The injunction in Gays Mills came into effect on Tuesday night and will last until late Friday morning; in Steuben, a vigil will be held from Wednesday night until Friday afternoon.
-A flood warning has been issued along the Trempealeau River in Acadia until Monday night. River levels will rise above 8 feet Sunday night, reaching 8.3 feet, before falling below flood stage on Monday. The weather service said some streets were affected by high water levels and pumping operations began when water levels reached 8 feet.
-A flood watch will be in place for the Trempealeau River in Dodge from Monday night into Thursday morning as excess water flows downstream.
– The NWS predicts that heavy rainfall will not increase the amount of flooding on the Mississippi River in McGregor, Iowa, but will only prolong the duration of the flooding. Flood warnings have been extended until early Thursday morning.
– A flood warning is also in place until midnight for creeks in the Elroy, Wonewoc and Union Center areas of Juneau County.
