We've been seeing strong winds all day long over Sherman Island for nearly a week, and today we're starting to get strong winds there. The chart below shows why Kerry is forecasting a shift in coastal winds from southwest to northwest, and why we are seeing weakening Sherman Island winds and increasing coastal, coyote and Third Avenue winds.
