MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Good weather is in the forecast again today. High pressure will drift overhead and eventually move to the east of here. There will be light winds and plenty of sunshine during the day today.
High temperatures in southern Wisconsin are expected to peak in the mid-70s.
What's about to happen…
By tomorrow, some decentralized cloud will be in before our next system. No rain is expected throughout Saturday. Saturday night and Sunday morning will also be dry.
By Sunday afternoon, this system will be close enough for some scattered showers to move into Wisconsin. These will mainly affect the area in the late afternoon and evening.
Looking to the future…
The weather pattern will remain unsettled next week. A chance of showers and thunderstorms are expected on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. High temperatures during this time will be near 80°.
