- Stormy weather next week
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – There will be a few clouds overnight, but so will the low humidity, and it will feel amazing outside again early Saturday morning as temperatures drop into the 60s.
Temperatures will begin to rebound on Saturday, with highs reaching the upper 80s. Humidity is still fairly low this time of year, but it will slowly rise enough to create a small chance of a pop-up storm in southern Kentucky. Saturday night, temperatures dropped into the mid-60s with a few clouds overhead.
Light rain will remain in view throughout the evening. Sunday will be wetter, with highs near 90 degrees. Increased humidity will trigger isolated thunderstorms Sunday afternoon, but most areas will remain dry.
Stormy weather returns Monday and beyond, with a chance for storms every day into the next work week. During this time, tropical moisture returns to our area, which means some of these storms can bring heavy rain at times.
