Meteorologist April Loveland's first warning forecast
It's going to be a sunny day today with temperatures in the mid 80s. There is a slight chance of storms as we move through the day. If you have outdoor plans, keep an eye on the sky!
Monday started the work week with a bang—literally. Showers and storms are expected. Temperatures will rise to around 80 degrees. Don’t forget to bring an umbrella!
Tuesday brings warmer temperatures and higher humidity, with temperatures soaring into the 90s. Chance of storms is 50%, so while it's hot, afternoon storms may provide some relief.
Another round of storms is coming on Wednesday. The maximum temperature is about 87°.
This pattern continues Thursday, with scattered storms possible. Temperatures will rise to around 80 degrees.
Friday doesn't break that trend, with a 50/50 chance of scattered storms and highs in the 80s.
Stormy weather looks set to continue into the weekend. Highs will top out in the mid-80s, along with scattered showers and storms. Fingers crossed for a dry spell to enjoy the outdoors!
