TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) – The monsoon is in full swing today with thunderstorms moving across southern Arizona along with heavy rain and strong winds. Several severe thunderstorm warnings have been issued throughout Saturday, and the National Weather Service reports daily showers will continue into Monday.
Temperatures will remain in the low 100s in Tucson and in the low to mid 90s in Cochise County. Temperatures will be 4 to 7 degrees above normal throughout the weekend.
