Missouri will continue to experience a stall pattern over the next few days, with afternoon showers and a slight warming trend.
Monday forecast
Isolated shower activity will disappear after sunset Sunday night, leading to a calm night with lows dropping into the 60s. Monday morning will be dry with a chance of scattered fog before the sun starts to burn it off.
The daytime warmth will give way to some cumulus cloud formation and a chance to see some showers. Although there is a chance of rain, I do think it will stay dry for the most part on Monday and even for the rest of the week.
Additionally, temperatures are expected to warm a few degrees in the afternoon, with highs reaching the 80s.
Looking to the future
Rain chances for Tuesday and Wednesday will be relatively similar to Monday, with isolated showers developing in the afternoon. Tuesday and Wednesday will also be slightly warmer, with temperatures in the mid to upper 80s.
A cold front will move in and stop heading south late Wednesday, but temperatures won't be affected much. As we approach next weekend, temperatures will be approaching 80 degrees Fahrenheit and possibly even into the 90s, something we haven't seen in a few days, so enjoy the cooler air while you can!
