CLEVELAND, Ohio – Much of Northeast Ohio is in a mild to moderate drought, so the area may be in need of some rain.
Showers and thunderstorms are possible today, but nothing too severe…about 30%, according to the National Weather Service. Showers are most likely around 3pm, while thundershowers are more likely after 5pm
Meanwhile, skies are expected to be cloudy and temperatures will be in the mid-80s. Unfortunately, the humidity is coming back up. It will be partly cloudy at night, with the lowest temperature above 60 degrees.
Sunny weather is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs in the mid-80s. There is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday, but the chance will increase to 40% on Wednesday. Showers and thunderstorms are possible Thursday, with highs reaching around 80 degrees. Sunny skies will continue on Friday and will continue throughout the weekend, with temperatures eventually rising to near 90 degrees on Sunday.
The amount of daylight in the Cleveland area will decrease by 1 minute and 44 seconds on Monday. Since July 1, the amount of sunlight has decreased by nearly 30 minutes.
