CLEVELAND (WJW) – A Geauga County flood warning remains in effect until 9 p.m.
Tonight, we'll see mainly cloudy skies with a few light showers. The rain should subside by the evening. Temperatures will be in the mid-70s, somewhat comfortable but a bit muggy, typical summer evenings.
Although most areas will remain dry, light showers are expected, mainly west of I-71. Light rain is possible on Monday.
Some partly clear as we move into the night and the season is warm, muggy and quiet.
A few showers and storms will develop across the area Tuesday afternoon. Apart from rainfall activity, Tuesday will be warm and muggy. Highs Tuesday will be in the mid-80s.
The highest rain/storm coverage this week will occur on Wednesday as the cold front approaches. Showers and storms are possible Wednesday afternoon/evening.
Scattered showers may continue into Thursday morning.
After the front, the heat and humidity drop slightly. High temperatures Thursday will be near 80 degrees.
High temperatures will begin to return by the end of the weekend and continue through much of next week. During this time, high temperatures will be in the 80s to near 90 degrees.
