There may also be occasional gusts reaching 45-55 km/h. “The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 28°C and 24°C respectively,” the IMD said. On July 22, Mumbai received more than 100 mm of rainfall in just 12 hours, leading to widespread waterlogging in Dadar and Matunga. Local train services were disrupted and flights were diverted.
