WPBF 25 launches first real-time warning weather tracker

Hey, listen, we're glad you're up with us on Tuesday and we have a treat for you because the Chief is at home. Well, not in the house. with us. He's out there, but Chief Certified Meteorologist Chris Martinez will be joining us live this morning. As you can see, he's in a car there. So Chris, tell us all. This is a new tool that brings you the most accurate predictions. It's actually a weather station on wheels. We have live cameras. In fact, we're entering your community now. We are now in Nan County. We're back at 95 at DELRAY BEACH. So far, so good. I don't know if it's because the instant tracker is on its way. The traffic is really good, but it gives you a perspective you've never seen before. You can see that when we look at our 360 camera. Sandra, no weather concerns so far, but I know you'll be tracking the potential for weather impacts later today. Chris, I think you're going to be tracking the impact of the downpours because I think they're going to pick up later this afternoon. Of course, Chris might work a shift, but I don't know. He came early and worked last night. So the bottom line for the afternoon is we are expecting these storms. So Brooke, Glenn or all of us will give you the latest updates on tropical downpours, strong winds, lightning and localized flooding. These are the possibilities today. You know, we did see some flood warnings yesterday. It rains so hard. This is caused by tropical waves. It just hasn't left here yet. The tail ends today. The Treasure Coast's 1970s to mid-1970s.
