    The Parañaque City Information Office on Wednesday, July 24, listed malls open to those looking to escape heavy rain and flooding:

    • SM City Sucat
    • SM Bicutan City
    • SM City BF Paranaque City
    • Ayala Mall Manila Bay

    SM malls offer free Wi-Fi, charging stations and dedicated information desks to assist those seeking shelter from the severe weather.

    Although Ayala Mall Manila Bay will close at 6 p.m., the public can still seek shelter in designated waiting areas. Some restrooms are still available outside mall opening hours.

    SM and Ayala Malls are waiving overnight parking fees on Wednesday.
