Ex-Agniveers to get 10% reservation in constable posts in CRPF, relaxation in age and physical fitness test (PET)
Ex Agniveers will be in the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Railway Protection Force (RPF), Service Selection Board (SSB) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
“As per MHA's decision, CISF is ready to induct former Agniveers into the force. DG @CISFHQrs said they will get 10% reservation in constable posts and relaxation in age and fitness test,” a statement from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) said .
“RPF is ready to welcome ex-Agnive personnel into the force with age relaxation and PET exemption. DG @RPF_INDIA said this decision will go a long way in strengthening the security forces,” the Ministry of Home Affairs said in a statement.
“After 4 years of experience, BSF found former Agniveers suitable for the force. DG @BSF_India said they will get 10% reservation and age relaxation,” a statement from the Ministry of Home Affairs said.
“SSB has revised the rules for enlistment of ex-Agnive personnel by relaxing age limit and PET. Director General @SSB_India The interior ministry said the decision would provide livelihoods for hundreds of thousands of ex-Agnivirs and provide trained manpower for the force.
CRPF will also provide 10% booking discount and age relaxation to former Agniveers.
“This will ensure that the force has well-trained manpower,” the Central Reserve Police Directorate said.
