LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – It's foggy and warm this afternoon, with highs approaching 90 degrees compared to previous days. The only chance for storms this afternoon will be near or south of West Kentucky/Bluegrass Boulevard.
Skies are expected to be mostly clear to partly cloudy tonight as less moist air moves into the area. By Saturday morning, temperatures will drop into the 60s.
Tomorrow afternoon, it will be sunny to partly cloudy, with highs rising into the 80s and lows into the 90s. Most areas will remain dry, although localized downpours are possible.
Clouds will increase Saturday night before our next bout of rain. Lows slide into the 60s and low 70s.
Heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected to return on Sunday. The chance of rainfall is expected to remain until next Wednesday.
