A federal minister was caught chatting with his hands in his pockets on Friday, sparking the ire of Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.
“Mr. Minister, please take your hands out of your pockets,” the speaker said during question time.
Birla then appealed to members not to walk into the House with their hands in their pockets. He also urged MPs not to cross in front of members who were raising certain issues in the House.
“Whenever a distinguished member speaks, no one may pass over him and sit in the seat in front of that member. You may sit in the back.
