High winds caused more damage to the valley Thursday night.
PHOENIX — Storms and high winds are moving into the Valley again Thursday night.
The National Weather Service said storms forming over the Beltway were moving toward Phoenix, pushing strong outflow winds into the metro.

New storms caused additional outages Thursday night, affecting 2,480 APS and SRP customers. Recovery time shows any time between 10:45pm and 3:45am
As of 9:30 p.m. Thursday, 580 people were still without power due to Wednesday night's storm, according to the SRP and APS outage map.
The NWS has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the Southeast Valley, including Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert, until 9:30 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Casa Grande, Queen Creek and Sun Lakes until 9:15 p.m., according to the National Weather Service
Officials with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office confirmed weather may have been the cause of an RV flipping over in the West Valley. Two passengers were inside the home but were not injured, officials said.
Two additional outflow boundaries will pass through the Phoenix metro. Winds may reach 60 mph.
A Maricopa County flash flood warning is in effect until 10:30 p.m.
The National Weather Service said the storm was slow-moving in the valley and a flash flood warning was issued.
A flash flood warning was issued for Maricopa and Yuma counties, according to the National Weather Service. The warning lasts until 10 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for Buckeye until 7:30 p.m.
Apache Junction is under a flash flood warning until 10 p.m.
A dust storm warning is in effect on I-10 near Casa Grande until 7:30 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek.
Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek and Gilbert should prepare for winds up to 55 mph.
Storms moving into the far southeast valley will produce winds of up to 70 mph.
A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for Apache Junction, with winds possibly reaching 60 mph.
Multiple outflow borders are moving through the Phoenix area. Wind speeds are expected to be between 25-35 mph, the NWS said.
The moisture from Wickburg begins to move into the valley. Some of the developing storms are strong to severe and will continue through the valley with strong outflow winds.
A special weather statement was issued just before 4:45 p.m., with winds up to 50 mph and pea-sized hail possible in parts of northwestern Maricopa County. A severe storm warning is in place for Wickenburg, which is causing strong winds.
