Saturday will bring hazy sunshine, warm weather and dry conditions. High temperatures in the mid-to-upper 80s are possible along inland lakes where the air is cooler. You may notice increased humidity and increased southerly winds in the late afternoon, with gusts that may exceed 15 mph at times. If you're going outside, be sure to wear sunscreen, a large hat, and sunglasses. Drink water to stay hydrated too!

As we stay warmer on Sunday, there will be more humidity in the air. Scattered showers and storms are possible during the afternoon and evening. Not everyone will get wet, but locally heavy rain is possible.

I think there is a better chance of rain and storms on Monday. Widespread organized severe weather is unlikely, but locally heavy rain is possible. The weather will be hot, with highs in the 80s and dew points in the 60s to 70s.

The rest of the work week will be warm and humid. It’s the “dog days of summer,” so why not have weather like this, right? Rain chances are low midweek but will increase Thursday and Friday.
