It's another warm Saturday in the Concho Valley, with temperatures in the mid-90s for most of us. Stirling City reported some triple-digit figures today but for the most part we're still avoiding it. Overall winds today will be from the southeast around 5-10 mph, helping to keep the warmth and dew points stable.
Tonight we will see the clouds clear for the most part and temperatures in San Angelo will drop to around 71°. Winds should be south-southeast around 5-10 mph, with clouds likely moving over some of our southern counties as dawn arrives.
Tomorrow should be another summer like what we saw today. However, it looks like temperatures will rise into the 90s for most people in the area. Skies will be mostly clear with some wind from the south, steady at 5-10 mph.
Next week we will continue to have this hot and dry pattern throughout the next 7 day forecast. There is a slight chance of another rainfall in some of our southern counties on Monday, but the overall chance of rainfall in the region remains low over the coming week. Temperatures will also rise into the 90s, breaking through the century mark starting around Tuesday and remaining with us throughout the forecast period.
