JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Tropical development potential in the Mid-Atlantic could approach the southeastern United States this weekend, with multiple possibilities.
Action News Jax First Alert Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh said the exact track and intensity of the forecast is very uncertain, even if it develops.
Over the weekend, it looks like riots will take place not far from Florida.
Currently, it looks to be at a disadvantage if it gets close to Florida.

For now, the local impact appears to be minimal.

As for the rest of Monday, here’s what to look forward to:
- The dry day will result in mostly clear overnight skies across much of the region.
- An isolated overnight storm is possible in southeastern Georgia and Putnam County south of Jacksonville
- Scattered storms are more likely Tuesday, but not before highs reach the mid 90s.
- The rest of the week will be hot, with highs reaching the 90s and at least a few storms each afternoon.
