“While no firm plans are in place at this time, areas of focus are related to damage in Franklin County, Indiana, and Warren and Clinton Counties, Ohio,” the National Weather Service said.

Multiple weather warnings, including flash flood warnings, severe thunderstorm warnings and tornado warnings, were issued Monday night into early Tuesday as severe storms battered the region.
A barn in Butlerville, Warren County, suffered severe damage that could trigger a tornado, according to the National Weather Service. Multiple downed trees were reported in Clarksville, Maineville and Blanchester, with Blanchester suffering possible tornado damage.
As of 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, 3,739 Duke Energy customers were without power in Warren County. AES Ohio reported 662 people in Warren County were without services as of 8:07 a.m.
