Delhi Education Minister Atish on Wednesday said the AAP-led government will introduce a new law to regulate tuition centers in the national capital.
Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, the AAP leader said, “We will not wait for the central government to frame rules. We have decided to implement rules for coaching centres, be it UpSC, JEE, NEET, whichever coaching centre, we are formulating for these coaching institutes Regulatory Act.
Atishi also mentioned that action has been taken against tutoring centers that operate libraries and classes in basements.
She also said that strict action would be taken against any official found responsible for the tragic death of three UPSC trainees at a coaching center in Delhi's old Rajinder Nagar.
