    Multi-story buildings near the river bank collapsed within seconds and were swept away by the river.

    In a shocking incident, a multi-storey building collapsed in Himachal Pradesh and was swept away by the raging waters of the Parvati river.

    A collapse occurred in Kullu on Thursday when a building located near the river bank suddenly collapsed. The building fell into the river and was engulfed by the rushing water within seconds.

    Video of the incident shows the building disappearing almost instantly into the river, with the raging river flooding the building and sending people fleeing the area.

    Incessant rainfall in Himachal Pradesh has led to a significant rise in water levels in rivers across the state.

    Meanwhile, one person died and more than 30 people were missing in two incidents of heavy rain in Himachal Pradesh on Thursday. Heavy rains in Shimla and Mandi districts cause havoc and havoc

    The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert for Himachal Pradesh, with heavy to very heavy rainfall expected on Thursday. The state is expected to experience continued heavy rainfall in the next 2-3 days.
