In a surprising incident, a five-year-old nursery student accidentally opened fire inside the school premises at St. John's Residential School in Triviniganj, Subaru, Bihar on Wednesday. The young student, now in police custody, was found carrying illegal weapons from home in his schoolbag. The weapon accidentally discharged, striking a third-grader. Fortunately, the bullets did not cause serious injuries; the third grader escaped with no major injuries.
According to reports, the student injured in the incident is currently in stable condition and is out of danger. Both the school administration and police are investigating to determine how the gun was fired and how it ended up in the hands of the child. The child's father, Mukesh Yadav, remains at large.
After the incident, the school principal tried to contact him to inform him of the situation. According to reports, Yadav abandoned his motorcycle and fled with an illegal pistol. He is currently the focus of the police search. At this time he is still evading capture.
The 5-year-old child is currently being held in a secure area of the local police station.
