The global mean lower tropospheric temperature (LT) anomaly in the 6th edition of July 2024 is +0.85 degrees. C deviates from the 1991-2020 average and is +0.80 degrees above the June 2024 anomaly. C.
The linear warming trend since January 1979 is currently +0.15 C/decade (global mean ocean area +0.13 C/decade, global mean land area +0.21 C/decade).
