Visitors from all over the world get a glimpse of the beautiful harmony of Vantara at the India House display.
Located in the iconic Parc de la Villette, India House was designed by the Reliance Foundation as part of its partnership with the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) to provide information on Indian culture, Immersive experiences in art, sports, technology and food. It offers a unique and comprehensive showcase of India's rich heritage to the world.
About Wantara
Vantara is an ambitious wildlife conservation project founded by Anant Ambani and supported by Reliance Industries and Reliance Foundation. Located on a 3,000-acre site within the Jamnagar Oil Refinery in the Indian state of Gujarat, Vantara is a sanctuary for abused, injured and endangered animals. Vantara is a comprehensive rehabilitation center dedicated to providing a natural and nurturing environment for its residents.
The Vantara scheme is the first of its kind in India and was conceived and born under the leadership of Anant Ambani, Director, Board of Directors, RIL and Reliance Foundation.
Vantara is committed to creating best-in-class animal protection and care practices, including state-of-the-art healthcare, hospitals, research and academic centers. In its plans, Vantara also focuses on integrating advanced research and collaboration with internationally renowned universities and organizations such as the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
Over the past few years, the program has rescued more than 200 elephants and thousands of other animals, reptiles and birds from unsafe conditions. It has taken steps towards the recovery of key species such as rhinos, leopards and crocodiles.

Wantara has a large elephant center and facilities for several other species, large and small, including lions and tigers, crocodiles, leopards, and more.
