A class 10 student was stabbed by a classmate at a government school in Madhuban area of Udaipur in Rajasthan on Friday, officials said. Communal tension broke out in the area and markets in Bapu Bazar, Hatippore, Ghantagarh, Chetak Circle and nearby areas were closed. According to district collector Arvind Poswal, the injured student is currently in the intensive care unit and his condition is stable. The accused and his father have been arrested.
