The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched three new housing schemes on Rakshabandhan Day with a total of 40,000 flats available for sale. With prices starting as low as Rs 11.50 lakh, these schemes offer opportunities to potential homebuyers in the national capital.
The DDA has provided a detailed brochure on its official website where interested buyers can find comprehensive information about the scheme, including apartment location, pricing and possession dates. The agency has also set up a help desk to assist with queries related to the e-auction process.
Most of the 40,000 apartments included in the schemes came from previous auctions but remained unsold at earlier auctions. The DDA said all the apartments are classified as freehold, ensuring full ownership to the buyers.
Applications for the e-auction units will begin on August 21, while applications for the first-come-first-served scheme will begin on August 22. 31, 2025.
The DDA announced that 34,000 flats under the Economically Weak Sections (EWS) and High Income Group (HIG) categories will be sold at discounted prices starting from Rs 11.50 lakh.
The second scheme under DDA's general housing scheme includes 5,400 apartments with prices starting at Rs 29 lakh. The third scheme, called Dwarka Housing Scheme, offers 173 quality apartments with prices starting at Rs 12 crore.
The apartments under the first scheme are located in Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini and Narela. The apartments under the second scheme are located in Jasola, Loknayakpuram and Narela. The quality apartments in Dwarka Housing Scheme are located in Sector 14, Sector 16B and Sector 19B of Dwarka.
