The stunt, which was allegedly meant to attract attention on social media, sparked strong criticism online with people demanding strict action against the YouTuber and Instagrammer. Some feared the stunt could cause accidents due to the sudden rush of money on a busy road.
In the video, the YouTuber expressed his intention to continue such stunts and encouraged viewers to join his Telegram channel, where he promised to reward those who could accurately guess the amount he invested in future videos.
“All you need to do is join my Telegram channel. The link is in my bio. Many of you know that I make a lot of money. You can make it too. Meet me on the Telegram channel,” can be heard in the video he said.
