A passer-by recorded video of a pornographic clip being played on a digital advertising board and complained to the police
A pornographic clip popped up on a digital advertising board in Derry's Connaught Place on Friday night. According to reports, the incident occurred at around 10:30 last night in Area H. A passerby recorded a video of the pornographic clip playing on the digital advertising board and reported it to police.
Delhi Police said a case has been registered under sections of the Information Technology Act. The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
Digital advertising boards owned by government agencies have been temporarily shut down following the incident. Police are investigating who is responsible.
In a similar incident, a Adult movie played on TV screen at Patna railway station for 3 minutes March 2023, shocking. When adult movies started playing on the station's TV screens instead of advertisements, people at the station got confused and lodged complaints with the Government Railway Police (GRP) and Railway Protection Force (RPF).
