The N-Convention Center, which was demolished by HYDRAA officials on Saturday, was allegedly built on part of the encroached land in Tammidikunta Lake. The matter is currently before the courts, which have ordered a freeze on demolition work.
Actor Nagarjuna strongly condemned the move and claimed it was “illegal”. He also claimed that he would demolish the building himself if the court ruled against him.
According to a government release, N-Convention is built within the FTL/buffer zone and does not have a building permit.
