In a shocking incident, a group of men stuffed chilli powder into a man's private parts after accusing him of theft in Araria, Bihar.
The incident was captured on video and is now going viral on social media. In the video, you can see that the man's hands were tied behind his back, his pants were unbuttoned, and the man forced him to kneel down.
After the video attracted attention on social media, a man named Mohammed Sifat who appeared in the video was arrested. One of the defendants was also seen pouring chilli powder on the thief's back and stuffing it into his rectum with a pencil. The group was even seen conducting a thorough pat-down of the man.

Police said one of the defendants has been arrested in connection with the incident and efforts are underway to identify and arrest the others involved.
