The Raus Avenue court in Delhi on Friday directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to file charges against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case. CBI special judge Rakesh Siyal said there was enough evidence against him to convict him. “There are sufficient grounds to prosecute the defendant,” the judge said. Read more
