Editor’s note: The following ten questions were compiled by Chris Martz posted on his Twitter (X). As we often point out climate realismthe media is incompetent even when it comes to basic science, they will never be able to answer these basic climate questions. If they could, we would see balanced and accurate writing about climate issues, rather than the usual doom-filled scare stories we see almost every day about a non-existent “climate crisis.”

Here are 10 basic questions climate alarmists never answer.
➊ You claim that the earth is overheating. Said it was “too hot”. So, what is the correct global mean surface temperature (GMST) for life on Earth?
Please provide a numerical answer. Use the unit and round it to the nearest tenth of a degree Celsius. Then, explain why that value is ideal and cite evidence to support your answer.
➋ What is the correct atmospheric carbon dioxide level for life on Earth?
What is the best way to optimize agricultural productivity?
At what level of carbon dioxide would the weather become less scary?
Give your answer as a precise value in terms of mole fraction or volume percentage, and then explain why that value is ideal.
➌ What exactly makes carbon dioxide a “pollution”?
Legally speaking, the EPA considers carbon dioxide to be a pollutant under the Clean Air Act, and the scientific rationale is simply, “…𝑐𝑜𝑛կ𝑟𝑏𝑢ս𝑒𝑠𝑝 𝑔𝑎𝑠 𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑢կկ𝑜𝑛 ՅՎ𝑎very 𝑠 𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑤𝑒𝑙𝑓𝑎𝑟𝑒.

This is quite ambiguous.
Because according to this standard, water vapor should also be classified as a “pollutant” because it is also a “greenhouse gas” (GHG) – it is also the most abundant and most potent greenhouse gas; it absorbs more broadly than CO2 Infrared wavelength spectrum.
So, what exactly causes carbon dioxide pollution?
➍ Given that the overall condition of humanity has never been better than it is today, why are temperature deviations in climatic conditions from 1850 to 1900 considered a human welfare control knob? How was the climate at the end of the Little Ice Age (the coldest period of the past 10,000 years) compared to today's climate? For what reason is the weather getting milder? Through what measures? Be specific. Tell me about how the climate was considered less dangerous in the 17th to 19th centuries.
The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) signed by President Biden in 2022 has been hailed as the “largest climate bill in history,” but since the bill was signed, climate alarmists insist climate change will only get worse.
Why don’t we see the bill work its magic?

➏ If we spend $75 trillion in 2050 to decarbonize the economy, how much will GMST be reduced by the end of the century? Please provide your answer to the nearest tenth of a degree Celsius and show your calculations.
What does a perfect climate look like? How do we know when we get there? Through what measures?
➐ According to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, the cost of achieving net-zero emissions in the United States by 2050 is estimated at $75 trillion ($3 trillion per year).

That's a hefty price tag.
For the approximately 260 million adult taxpayers, achieving net zero emissions by the target date would cost $288,461.54 per person. This is people's salary for 3-6 years.
Are you willing to spend the money, or do you just expect someone else to pay for it?
Second, if you don't know the answer to question six, should we just spend the $75 trillion and see what happens?
➑ If “fighting climate change” is a global joint effort, why do China and India get a free pass to continue to emit carbon dioxide without restrictions?
➒ Why are you so strongly opposed to the deployment of nuclear power? It is the safest, most sustainable “carbon-free” energy technology, requires no regulations and is inexpensive compared to solar PV and wind, which are inefficient, intermittent and expensive alternatives to existing generation sources. Additional facilities.
➓ If humans are a parasite on the planet because we are destroying it, then why are you worried that climate change will wipe us all out? Isn’t this better for the planet? Why don’t you be the change you want to see and go “net zero” yourself?
I guarantee no one will give me a coherent point-by-point answer.
