“For the climate church, Al Gore will always be their champion. But back to reality, citizen voters as consumers and taxpayers have had enough.

Everyone knows the carnival barker, that deep voice at the fairgrounds that extols the virtues of entertainment. But there’s Al Gore, an aging guru whose predictions of climate doom were not only exaggerated, but laughably wrong. But he kept going, like a cuckoo clock.

On social media, self-proclaimed Earthly CEO Oliver Bolton praised Al Gore for yet another emotional outburst on climate (and political) realities, saying, “The organization helps people around the world Hundreds of businesses reverse climate breakdown and restore our planet”.

Al Gore's inspiring speech at COP29 was one of the highlights for me. It is a powerful reminder of what is at stake and a call to action for ambition and responsibility that the world desperately needs. He reminds us that the stakes have never been higher and the time for decisive action is now.

    Key points of the speech:

👉 The science is undeniable: Climate predictions from decades ago have been proven correct, reinforcing the need to prioritize scientists over polluters.

👉 Greenland’s ice melt: 30 million tons of ice are being lost every hour, disrupting important ocean currents.

👉 Risk of system collapse: Peer-reviewed research warns that the ecosystem could collapse by 2050 if current trends continue.

👉 Escalating impacts: Climate disasters are now happening every week, at a rate that far exceeds historical trends.

👉 Fossil Fuel Dominance: Breaking the financial and political stranglehold of the fossil fuel industry is critical to progress.

👉Climate Migration Crisis: Up to 1 billion climate migrants this century could destabilize social and political systems around the world.

👉Africa’s solar potential: Although Africa has 60% of the world’s solar power generation capacity, it still faces huge capital barriers that hinder its clean energy revolution.

Few people have done as much for climate action and environmental protection over the past few decades as Al Gore:

🟢 Climate Advocate: He spearheaded action as a U.S. congressman and senator in the 1980s.

📖 Lead author: His 1992 book The Balance of the Earth outlined solutions that remain vital today.

🌍 Kyoto Champion: As Vice President, he played a major role in securing the first global treaty to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

🎥 His pivotal documentary: An Inconvenient Truth (2006) changed climate awareness around the world.

🏅 Nobel Prize Winner: Co-winner of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize for promoting global climate action.

🌐 Empower advocates: His Climate Reality Project has trained thousands of climate leaders around the world.

📡Innovative solution: Through climate tracking, he uses artificial intelligence to monitor and reveal global emissions.

For years, Al Gore has been sounding the alarm, advocating for bold solutions, and inspiring millions of people to take action.

Thank you, Al, for your unwavering leadership and ongoing commitment to protecting our shared planet for future generations. 🌏

For the Climate Church, Al Gore will always be their champion. But back to reality, citizen voters as consumers and taxpayers have had enough.
