The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is in a tumultuous time and morale is at an all-time low, according to one current staff member. [emphasis, links added]
As President-elect Donald Trump prepares to take office, disconsolate EPA employees are busy allocating funds for their favored climate change initiatives.
Brent Efron, special adviser on implementing Biden's climate agenda, told Project Veritas The agency is frantically doling out billions in grants to nonprofits to ensure the Biden administration's climate plan stays operational — no matter who's in charge.

Efron spoke to a Project Veritas investigative journalist about his role in doling out over $100 billion in grants to nonprofits under Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act, which he dubs “Biden’s climate law.”
The EPA’s website describes these grants as part of their mission to advance “environmental and climate justice.”
Efron even admits that the EPA is scrambling to push money out the door for projects originally designed for a Kamala Harris presidency.
“The thing that we haven’t funded yet are [sic] Local non-profit plan to become stewardship plan between Kamala Harris…so now we get it [funding] Get out as soon as possible. There are about 2 billion at the moment and we have taken out most of it – about 90%.
Efron admits that these employees are so loyal that They plan to work until the very end on Inauguration Dayeager to ensure Every taxpayer dollar will be spent before a Republican administration can turn off the tap.
“Until Trump's people come in and tell us we can no longer donate money. The earliest will be the 20th [January 2025]. But it might be a little later because they have to go into the building and tell people what to do.
Efron predicted, The Trump administration will quickly issue an order blocking all fundingand Congress may try to claw back EPA funding.
He foresaw this and revealed that the EPA had Work to channel funding to coalition nonprofits that can implement climate change policies at the local leveltreat it as An 'insurance policy' for the coming Trump presidency.
“We gave them [nonprofits] This money is because… it's an insurance policy against Trump winning. because they are not [a government agency]they are safer from having their money taken away by Republicans.

indeed, The EPA's website lists several pass-through nonprofits that each receive between $50 million and $100 million in grants and are responsible for distributing grants to other nonprofits to ensure Biden's climate agenda continues advanceeven after his presidential term ended.
