Winter weather is expected to kick in this weekend, with light snow and cold temperatures continuing into Christmas week in the Baltimore area.
On Saturday, scattered flurries are expected throughout most of the day, with a peak of 37. Possibly up to 33 mph.

Temperatures will continue to be cooler on Sunday, with a high of 31 degrees and winds around 9 mph. The weather will be mostly sunny in the evening, with a minimum temperature of 19 degrees.
The week started with sunny skies, with a high of 35 degrees on Monday. As clouds roll in, lows will drop to 30 degrees in the evening, with a slight chance of snow.
The high temperature on Christmas Eve is expected to reach 45 degrees, with another chance of snow. Christmas Wednesday is expected to have partly sunny skies and a high of around 44 degrees.
