German authorities said a crime saw more than 270 cars exhausted, stuffed with expanded construction bubbles, suspected of being destructive by Russia and aimed at discrediting the Green Party.

Our Knowledge of Car Vandalism
More than 270 cars in Berlin and surrounding Brandenburg, as well as southern Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, have their exhaust pipes clogged with expanded building foam.
…
Then, leaving the sticker on the damaged car depicts Vice-Chancellor Robert Habeck, the Greens’ candidate for the upcoming federal election, with the message: “More greener! ”

Prosecutors in the southern city of Ulm also have four suspects. Four men – a German, a Serb, a Romanian and a Bosnian, aged 17, 18, 20 and 29 – were suspected of 123 counts of vandalism during the house search process, a police spokesman said A small building foam was found.

I once believed in the Greens – Vehicle damage was not deadly enough to be green action.
Filling the exhaust with expanded foam will only prevent the vehicle from starting.
Previous green vandalism was much worse, mostly involving slow ventilation of the tires – severe risks to the safety and life of the driver who failed to notice the tires are losing pressure. Greens claims they always leave a flyer to explain what they do – but even if that's true, is reading junk flyers really a priority when you're trying to go to work or get your kids to school? Especially if the flightster is soaked in the rain. It was a miracle that no one died.
Another evidence supporting Russian theory, how many vegetables know what swelling foam is and where to buy it? Only those who have ever tried to repair holes in the wall or do honest work with their hands know what bubbles are. I find it hard to imagine a green activist fixing a hole in a wall with his own hands, and more likely to organize a rent strike until the landlord fixes the hole.
The fun time we live.
Note that the type of expansion foam used by the vandal may be a disposable spray that can be used instead of the industrial-scale insulating gun in the picture at the top of this article.
