NOAA has something to do with avoiding Trump’s executive orders, so now Elon Musk’s team is reviewing it…their pursuits upset social justice fighters and climate worshippers.
Upon the law

NOAA (National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration) has been actively involved in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, embracing them tightly over the past four years. This is the federal agency responsible for the E-Federal Agency predicting weather, researching and analyzing climate data. and track the storm.
So it’s a bit confusing for employees to be distracted by social justice programs rather than American meteorology’s Americans expect them to focus on them.
Now, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by Elon Musk, has gained access to NOAA's IT system and is initially denied entry after reviewing the agency's DEI program.
According to U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen, at least one member of Doge entered the Department of Commerce – the agency and gained access to NOAA's IT systems. Have jurisdiction over NOAA. Rep. Jared Huffman, a ranking member of the House Natural Resources Committee, also confirmed Doge's move; Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif. , ranking members of the Science, Space and Technical Committee; and other current NOAA employees.
Two sources familiar with the situation say Doge was denied access to the NOAA IT server in the first place, but now it is accessible. Sources said Doge is looking for anything related to Dei and whether they have removed DEI-related content from the announcement committee, including posters and logos. They also checked the bathroom signs to make sure they comply with President Donald Trump's executive order.
A NOAA administrator has been arranged for leave.
Similarly, this week, the head of NOAA’s Office of Human Capital Services (the agency’s human resources team) will take administrative leave. NOAA turned the question to the business, which did not respond to a request for comment. The move comes after the Trump administration and the offer to place leaders on many institutions in the administration and its extensive efforts to narrow the federal workforce.
The staff within the agency are….
Within the NWS, people are worried about what they can do with their ability to manipulate weather radar and provide timely, free forecasts for this year’s hurricane season, which could have 5-10% of employees.
“The weather service staff are as good as you will get when it comes to completing tasks, but it will be a big cut,” the person said. People are scared. They never really got caught up in this uncertainty. ”
But they raise questions by trying to avoid Trump’s executive orders.
Looks @noaa There is a DEI department called “Inclusion Office” and installed the same woman in Dei @ives Run that office.
The renamed dei is still dei, it will be closed.

But many of us focus on how to manipulate climate science to pursue an ecologically active agenda is not just a focus, but not just a focus on DEI:

Eliminating “indigenous knowledge” from reasonable discourses related to weather phenomena will also be very helpful.
The Governor should start with cutting all funding for NOAA to promote local ecological knowledge: https://t.co/3idoes2kf4 pic.twitter.com/j0pccnux3b

In terms of discourse and data analysis, accurately seeing trace gases associated with global climate and atmospheric levels, and seeing exactly what Doge's young people found.
