BRUSSELS, Feb 10 (Reuters) – Many polluter countries around the world missed the UN deadline as efforts to curb global warming are under pressure .
Nearly 200 countries signed the Paris Agreement, facing Monday's deadline, submitting new national climate plans to the United Nations and clarifying their plans to cut emissions by 2035.
As of Monday morning, many of the world's largest polluters, including China, India and the EU, have not done so.
