Retired physicist leads Trump's new effort to question climate threats to security
President Donald Trump found a way to formally question climate science after nearly two years of false start.
William Happer, a prominent opponent of the Trump administration’s climate science, is leading the White House’s new efforts to downplay national security risks posed by climate change. It is similar to the “Red Team” approach promoted by scandal-plagued former Environmental Protection Agency administrator Scott Pruitt.

Who else would like to see a PhD happen again to shock the academic community in its comfort zone? I heard that the Trump administration still has some positions.
