The report was conducted by the Trump administration’s efforts to eliminate DEI-related programs across the federal government and the Biden-era Energy and Environmental Justice Initiative.
The internal memorandum of FEMA obtained by E&E News also mentioned “possible violation of EOS's DEIA and climate change clauses”, referring to the DEI and accessibility and President Donald Trump's execution order.
The memorandum also mentions terms such as “water conservation.”
