The foggy and cloudy conditions in Baltimore on Saturday will be replaced by Sunday’s rain and potential thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service.
Saturday will start with spotted drizzle and fog, at 11 a.m., high at nearly 54, with southeastern winds of 5 to 9 mph. More fog is expected between 11pm and 3am, otherwise it will be mostly cloudy and about 54.

There is a 90% chance to shower on Sunday, with thunderstorms likely after 2pm, up to 69, gusts, and gusts up to 23 mph. It said on Facebook that scheduled St. Patrick's Day parade and Clover 5K races usually rain or shine, but organizers of the parade are monitoring thunderstorms.
Expect rain and another potential thunderstorm at night, with more mottled fog, 20 mph wind gusts and a low of about 53.
Workweek's start is expected to be rainy, with the most likely 30% chance of precipitation by 2pm, with 61 close to 61 on Monday.
It is expected to be sunny and warm on Tuesday, up to 66.
Wednesday's sunshine will continue to glow in warm conditions and 71 is close to 71's height.
