The owner and operator of the pipeline’s energy transfer filed a lawsuit in North Dakota court to file a lawsuit against Greenpeace and Red Warriors Camp.
The lawsuit says Greenpeace has made misinformation via massive emails claiming that Dakota’s access pipeline will span sovereign lands of the permanent Rock Sioux tribes.
In court documents, Energy Transfer claimed that protesters participated in a campaign of “radical direct action”, including hacking into company property, destroying construction equipment, and assaulting employees and contractors.
