“President Trump’s regaining coal is a microcosm of making U.S. energy independent and dominant again.”
Arlington Heights, Illinois (March 18, 2025) – President Trump said in an article in Social Truth Monday Night that he is empowering his administration to “start immediately to produce energy with beautiful, clean coal.” This would be a reversal of the Biden administration’s policy, which has new rules and regulations designed to completely eliminate U.S. coal power.

By 2032, Biden-era rules require coal-fired power plants to cut off or capture 90% of CO2 emissions, a standard expensive or impractical standard. Biden also committed to the United States on what it calls the “coal coalition that pushes the past”, which aims to ban all coal-fired power plants and ban new coal mining leases on federal land.

“Board and gas are by far the richest and most affordable energy sources. Utilizing anything else puts our economy at a negative impact on other countries and unnecessarily increases the energy costs of American households. Coal and gas do not need to kill birds, birds, bats, bats, dolphins and clear dolphins and wind energy on a large scale. They do not need clear wind power, but their wind energy and forests are destroyed, especially those that destroy forests. a lot of. Coal and natural gas do not require excavation of rare earth metals and rampant toxic waste from solar panels and wind turbines. President Trump is doing the right thing for the United States. ”

“Coal was the dominant source of electricity generation for most of the 20th century for a reason. Engineers knew it could generate electricity reliably, and economics and the public knew it was relatively cheap. Coal's decline has, not coincidentally, been accompanied by ever-rising energy prices and ever more unreliable electric power. It was always foolish to pray to the gods of wind and solar in the hopes they would keep our refrigerators, lights, and climate control systems working.”

Coal power plants have long provided reliable, affordable energy, refueling economic growth and industrial development. Unlike wind and solar power, coal power plants can produce consistent base load power supplies that ensure grid stability without relying on weather conditions. Modern clean gas technology significantly reduces emissions, making them more environmentally friendly and making them more feasible. In addition, coal still has rich and international dependence on energy, coupled with the dependence of the opposite sex.
“Pushing the boost of intermittent renewable energy has led to rising electricity costs and instability in the grid, and coal can help solve it. With energy demand soaring, abandoning coal is impractical. Instead, investing in clean coal technology can ensure energy security, economic growth and balanced energy mix without sacrificing the reliability of the political agenda.”
