Conditions will be sunny, cool and strong winds, warming temperatures and rainfall entering the area over the weekend.
Thursday will be clearly cool, up to 60 times and gusts of up to 24 mph. It will be partially cloudy at night, and it will be about 42 low.

There are 30% showers on Fridays after 5pm, but otherwise, it should be sunny and close to 67 high.
According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, about 98% of Maryland are experiencing some form of drought and therefore need to rain. Much of the Baltimore metropolitan area – the city of Baltimore, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, Carol and Harford counties – all experienced severe dry conditions.
Saturdays may be partially sunny and warm, up to 80 years old. There is a 20% chance of raining on Saturday night, about 60.
Sunday rain may stay near 76 in the area. The wet weather may continue until the evening, at about 61.
The start of the work week may also be wet, with 60% chance of precipitation on Monday. Otherwise, when the Orioles play against the Red Sox at 3:05 pm, it will mostly be warm, with more showers expected at night, mainly before 8 pm, the shower will have more showers.
Tuesday will be partially sunny, with a high of nearly 60 and a low of about 40.
