For most people, barges, yachts and yachts are all hobbies. Does the government on Earth think that ordinary people (flew and scratch to refurbish and maintain them) will get money from it to replace engines, batteries and other nonsense?

As for the fishermen, this crazy crusade will eventually destroy their livelihoods.
