The German RTV report here says: All speeches on the media in the dying big barrier coral reef near Australia are “media scams”.

fact: Record numbers of coral reefs have been measured in 2024, and coverage has indeed tripled over the past 12 years. [emphasis, links added]

According to RTV, “…coral bleaching due to high water temperatures has proven to be a lie.” [the recent reef damage attributed to climate change has a different cause. The reef has recovered.]

According to Report 24, all media demands made annually by all media, such as the Guardian and CBS, the Great Barrier Reef near Australia dying at a record rate, irreversible are “fairy tales” and “false, misleading or simply lying.”

Report 24 wrote that the damage to the reef was caused by tropical cyclones that moved on the reef in 2009 and caused great damage.

A study by the Australian Institute of Marine Sciences summarizes damages that include exfoliation and erosion, which removes all biological tissue from coral and coral ruptures, as well as huge coral heads and fragile branched coral ruptures.

It has nothing to do with carbon dioxide and climate change.

Additionally, coral bleaching is by no means a sign of dying reefs, according to scientists, won’t be like the white, dead coral lumps you can buy in souvenir shops on the beach.

Instead, bleaching means that the corals lose the algae that lives in it, usually due to various stress factors, such as light fluctuations or water temperature changes.

This causes the life coral to turn white, but it does not necessarily mean death.

Report 24 added Coral bleaching may become more frequent due to record growth in recent years.

The dying reef narrative began 12 years ago when the reef was severely damaged by a whirlwind and 85% of the coral cover disappeared.

At the time, real scientists said that recovery could take up to 15 years, and that's exactly what happened since then.

The reefs have not only recovered, but have continued to expand.
