Although the Biden administration quickly touted and implemented its positive climate agenda, the close-range look raises a more disturbing question: Does President Joe Biden even know some exhaustive actions taken in his name? [emphasis, links added]
We reviewed eight major executive actions that fundamentally reshape U.S. energy policy, prohibiting offshore drilling to invoke emergency powers to promote solar manufacturing, and found no evidence that President Beden had personally spoken of either.
Do not attend press conferences. Not in the speech. There is even no video statement.
These are not secondary program documents, memos or messaging files.
They include:
- Clean AI Data Center EO (January 14, 2025): Of course, if they are powered by “clean energy”, the green light and the energy sector rents public land for AI data centers.
- Offshore drilling ban (January 6, 2025): Pulling out 625 million acres of outer continental shelf from future oil and gas leases. Biden never mentioned it on his camera.
- EO 14143 (January 16, 2025): A last-day decree that qualifies AmeriCorps alumni for preferential federal recruitment, has the potential to reshape the composition of the federal workforce without public debate and allows the ecological left to insert itself into government.
- Arctic drilling ban (March 13, 2023): Oil and gas leasing prohibited in sensitive areas of the Arctic. It is worth noting that after the approval of the Willow Project, it was a political fig leaf, not the president’s priority.
- Invoked the Defense Production Act (June 6, 2022): Using the Cold War-era emergency forces pushed solar panels and heat pumps toward Biden himself without peeping.
- EO 14027 (May 7, 2021): Created a “Climate Change Support Office” buried in the bureaucracy, providing climate workers with another silo of taxpayer-funded influence.
- EO 14030 (May 20, 2021): Orders all federal agencies to assess “climate-related financial risks”, laying the foundation for ESG-style investment authorization.
- EO 14057 (December 8, 2021): By 2050, the entire federal government will put net emissions into practice and require 100% carbon-free electricity by 2030, one of the most extensive decarbonized orders in history.
After revealing a series of major executive actions that reshape the U.S. energy landscape that the U.S. has never been publicly handled by President Biden, the executive director of Power power the Future said:
“Americans should know which unelected employees or radical unnamed activists have implemented a comprehensive change through automatic start.
“Biden's energy agenda destroyed the livelihoods of energy workers and exacerbated record inflation, destroying the budgets of millions of Americans.
“The question is simple, worth the immediate answer: What did Joe Biden know, and when did he know?”
Despite President Biden's huge impact on U.S. energy producers, workers and consumers, no public comment on cameras or media about any of these actions.
The lack of public recognition raises the question of whether these orders were automatically completed by Ecological Left Policy.
Americans should know whether their president is developing energy policies or whether it is run by anonymous employees behind closed doors by federal agencies and activist NGOs.
When using executive power to shut down energy production, reconnect the economy and reorganize the federal workforce, the American people should at least expect its elected leaders to have it.
Instead, we have a bunch of signed orders and zero liability. Power will continue to investigate the true origins of these influential policies in the future.
